PERNYATAAN SIKAP

Dalam Rangka Memperingati Hari Aneksasi Papua Pada Tanggal 01 Mei 2023

Kami Petisi Rakyat Papua (PRP) Sekretariat Bersama Sorong, Sekretariat Bersama Maybrat, Sekretariat Bersama Tambrauw, Sekretariat Bersama Kabupaten Sorong, Sekretariat Bersama Sorong Selatan. Menyatakan Sikap Sebagai Berikut:

1. Kami Mendesak PBB, Belanda, Amerika, dan Indonesia Segera Bertanggung Jawab untuk Masalah Politik Di atas Tanah Papua.

2. Indonesia Ilegal Di atas Tanah Papua Karena Pepera 1969 Cacat Hukum dan Cacat Moral.

3. Kami Mendesak Komisaris Tinggi Dewan HAM PBB Untuk Segera Mengunjungi Tanah Papua Karena Tanah Papua adalah Tanah Perang Antara TPN-PB OPM Dengan TNI-Polri.

4. Kami Mendesak Indonesia Menyetujui Tuntutan TPN - PB OPM Untuk melakukan Perundingan Yang Dimediasi Oleh Pihak Ke - Tiga.

5. Kami Mendesak NKRI Mengakui Perang TPN-PB OPM Sebagai Perang Perjuangan Kemerdekaan, Karena TPN - PB OPM Bukan Teroris, KKB, Dan Lain-Lain.

6. Hentikan Status Siaga Tempur Di Wilayah Konflik (Maybrat, Nduga, Intan Jaya, Pegunungan Bintang, Yahukimo, Puncak Papua, Dan Puncak Jaya). Karena Perang Menjadi Tidak Seimbang Antara TPN- PB OPM Dengan TNI-Polri dan Hentikan Pendropan Militer Di seluruh Tanah Papua.

7. Kami Mendesak Militer NKRI Segera Hentikan Penggunaan Senjata yang Dilarang Dalam Hukum Perang Internasional (BOM, Gas Beracun, Dan Lain-lain).

8. Kami Mendesak Negara Indonesia Segera Membuka Ruang Seluas - luasnya untuk Jurnalis Asing Masuk Di atas Tanah Papua.

9. Kami Mendesak Militer NKRI Stop Diskriminasi Terhadap Rakyat Sipil.

10. Bebaskan Tuan Victor Yeimo Dan seluruh Tahanan Politik Diseluruh Tanah Papua

11. Kami Mendesak NKRI Segera Hentikan Pembungkaman Ruang Demokrasi Terhadap Mahasiswa dan Seluruh Gerakan Sipil Di atas Tanah Papua

12. Berikan Hak Menentukan Nasib Sendiri Bagi Rakyat Bangsa Papua Sebagai Pilihan Demokratis.

In Commemoration of Papua Annexation Day on 01 May 2023

We are the Papuan People's Petition (PRP) Joint Secretariat for Sorong, Joint Secretariat for Maybrat, Joint Secretariat for Tambrauw, Joint Secretariat for Sorong Regency, Joint Secretariat for South Sorong. Declare the attitude as follows:

1. We Urge the United Nations, the Netherlands, United States of America and Indonesia to immediately take responsibility for the political issues over the Land of Papua.

2. Indonesia is illegal in the land of Papua because the 1969 Act is flawed in law and morals.

3. We urge the High Commissioner of the UN Human Rights Council to immediately visit the Land of Papua because the Land of Papua is a land of war between the TPN-PB OPM and the TNI-Polri.

4. We Urge Indonesia to Agree to TPN - PB OPM's demand to conduct negotiations mediated by third parties.

5. We urge the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia to recognize the TPN-PB OPM war as a war of struggle for independence, because the TPN-PB OPM is not a terrorist, KKB, and others.

6. Stop Combat Alert Status in Conflict Areas (Maybrat, Nduga, Intan Jaya, Gunung Bintang, Yahukimo, Puncak Papua and Puncak Jaya) because the war has become unequal between the TPN-PB OPM and the TNI-Polri and stop military dropouts throughout the Land of Papua.

7. We urge the Indonesian Military to immediately stop using weapons prohibited under international humanitarian law or rules of war (bombs, poison gas, etc.).

8. We urge the State of Indonesia to immediately open the widest space for foreign journalists to enter the Land of Papua.

9. We urge the Indonesian Military to stop the discrimination against civilians.

10. Release Mr. Victor Yeimo and all political prisoners throughout the Land of Papua.

11. We urge the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop silencing the democratic space against students and all civil movements over the Land of Papua.

12. Give the People of Papua the Right to Self-Determination as a Democratic Choice.
